There have been numerous opinions from the Maryland appellate courts that uninsured motorist coverage is required any any effort by the insurance companies to draft language to abrogate that coverage will not be recognized by Maryland Courts. So ask your Maryland accident lawyer what the law is instead of relying on what your insurance contract says. Because claims that appear to be excluded may well be covered by Maryland law.
